I love cowls!
I really wanted to make a chunky, soft, extra warm cowl
that you can make in a blink of an eye.
This is perfect for beginners, it uses the same stitch throughout, and will take
you no more than 90min!
If you know your Zodiac signs, you'll know that a Gemini usually has two
personalities, so I thought this was the perfect name
for this cowl having two sides to it.
Let's talk about Wonder Fluff yarn....doesn't the name want to
make you sleep on a bed of it??!
This yarn is beautifully bulky yet lightweight and warm. It works with a wide range of hook sizes and super affordable.
I used a gorgeous dark navy colour called "Abyss Heather." It serves as a bright dark blue against black. It's stunning.

Let's get to this simple pattern!
Notes before you begin:
-ch 1 at the beginning does not count as a stitch
-you can keep going as long as you'd like, the length I completed makes it perfect to fit around your neck twice for extra warmth
-for the solid navy blue rows, I double stranded to keep it thick and match with the bulky yarn
-it's very important to begin the pattern with a foundation half double crochet, it makes a huge difference.
Here is a helpful video on how to half double crochet and foundation half double crochet, to watch click HERE
